We want you to glow with confidence, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened tanning products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
